Nowadays, indoor soccer has become one of the most practiced and played sports in Colombia, thus becoming the second nationally after soccer, with the following objective being set for this purpose; devise a sports training system for the improvement of the physical abilities of the athletes of the Visionary Hall Soccer team. With the support of a descriptive methodology: since it allowed us to examine the population characteristics and data analysis, quantitative: because it allows us to measure the variables depending on the phenomenon studied. Likewise, the analysis of the values is established by statistical description, cross-sectional: because there is only one interaction with the sample and without a doubt a positivist paradigm: because it aims to explain the phenomenon statistically. Based on all the tests and tests applied, the following results were obtained, the strength of the quadriceps in vertical jump was the best with a value of 70, as for the speed tests in the 20-meter test, players found themselves a rating of 10 out of 100, implying that the speed of the subjects is very bad; with the agility test the mark did not reach 10 out of 100, showing us that although this sport is fast, of back and forth movement on short distances, athletes are not in the best physical conditions and the results get worse because the leger test is not register or appear on the graph; allowing us to emphasize that this is the basis of all their capacity, so we can say that the resistance is too bad, For this reason, there is an urgent need to create a sports training system that improves the physical abilities of the Visionary athletes.
