Interpretación de las repercusiones que se generan en la estructura familiar con el ingreso de madres a prisión /

Abstract

La presente investigación se realiza con el fin de interpretar las repercusiones que se generan en la estructura familiar, con el ingreso de madres al centro penitenciario de mediana seguridad y carcelario de Sincelejo. Esta investigación, es de naturaleza interpretativa y se enmarca dentro del enfoque cualitativo, lo cual permitió identificar elementos importantes sobre las repercusiones ocurridas en la estructura familiar. Para el presente estudio, se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad a 12 personas, de las cuales 7 eran reclusas y 5 miembros de la red familiar, que quedaron a cargo de los hijos/as una vez que ellas ingresaron al centro penitenciario. La entrevista constó de 8 preguntas, las cuales permitieron indagar sobre las repercusiones en roles, normas y la comunicación familiar. Los resultados del estudio permitieron constatar que, indiscutiblemente la ausencia de la figura materna dentro del sistema familiar, genera modificaciones tanto en la comunicación, asignación de roles y el cumplimento de las normas, así mismo, se identificó que a pesar de los esfuerzos que realizan las madres por mantener su figura dentro de su familia, esto no es posible, dado que la situación carcelaria establece una gran barrera. Como conclusión, se obtuvo que la reclusión genera repercusiones en la estructura familiar, ya que se dan alteraciones abruptas en la familia, lo que conlleva a que exista una reasignación de normas, roles y una forma distinta de comunicarse, de igual forma, se debe señalar que las reclusas no son tomadas en cuenta a la hora de tomar decisiones importantes dentro de la familia, a pesar de que ellas lo perciban de manera distinta. This research is carried out in order to interpret the repercussions generated in the family structure, with the entry of mothers to the medium security prison and prison of Sincelejo. This research is of an interpretative nature and falls within the framework of the qualitative approach, which made it possible to identify important elements regarding the repercussions that occurred in the family structure. For the present study, in-depth interviews were conducted with 12 people, 7 of whom were prisoners and 5 members of the family network, who were left in charge of the children once they entered the prison. As a conclusion, it was obtained that confinement generates repercussions in the family structure, since abrupt alterations occur in the family, which leads to a reallocation of rules, roles and a different way of communicating. Likewise, it should be pointed out that women prisoners are not taken into account when making important decisions within the family, despite the fact that they perceive it differently. El trabajo.
