Alianzas Estratégicas para Potencializar la Participación de los Sectores Turístico, Agroproductor y Foodservices del Departamento de Sucre en Mercados Internacionales /
Trabajo de grado - Pregrado
2019
This research work, its relevance lies in proposing a scheme of strategic alliances to strengthen the
tourism, agroproducer and foodservice sectors of the department of Sucre, allowing to characterize
the alliances and establish their strengths and weaknesses. Aided by a methodology of qualitative
type that would allow describing the categories of analysis, which were interpreted in the light of the
theories that seek to determine those conditions that enable alliances between actors that act in a
cluster. Its results are based on determining that in the Department the alliances in the foodservice
sector are still weak and have been designed to face restrictive decisions of the municipal order; in
tourism alliances have been made in the past and present, many without protocol, usually responding
to national strategies such as the friendly schools of tourism strategy, and those arising from the
corporate social responsibility of companies such as Ecopetrol, and more recently those that begin
to consolidate from the Tourism Corridors Strategy led by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and
Tourism. Actaulamente for the agricultural sector, there are 54 productive alliances, referred 50% of
these to crops such as yam, followed by dual purpose livestock (13%) and fish farming (11%). The
alliances of the agro-productive sector are characterized by being aimed at strengthening the peasant
economy of the population victim of forced displacement, which is why most of these alliances have
been financed for the municipalities inserted in the Montes de María, in their order Sheep (17%),
Toluviejo (11%), San Onofre (7%), Colosó (7%) and Morroa (6%).
