Trabajo de grado - Especialización
2019
The objective of this research was to determine the psychosocial factors associated with pregnancy
in adolescents, in a group of women between 13 and 19 years old. The research design to be used
in the present work responds to descriptive research, which tends to: Identify, know and explain
the factors that influence or are associated with pregnancy in adolescents. Place: Educational
Institution Cecilia De Lleras, Montería - Córdoba. In connection, a semistructured interview and a
projective test were used as instruments to collect the desired information, due to their permeable
nature and sensitive to the sample responses. It can be seen that the previous ones provide relevant
information on the psychosocial factors that influence adolescent pregnancy. Simultaneously, the
Psychometric Test 16 Personality Factors (16-PF) of Cattel R will be applied; In spite of being a
standardized test, it incorporates in it a scale of social desirability, another of infrequency and
another of acquiescence to control the biases in the answers; It will be used additionally for
interpretive purposes. In the interpretation of the results it was obtained that adolescents have low
responsibility to sexuality since they had information about it and the use of contraceptive methods,
which were not used during all their sexual relations which led to these adolescents not planning
your pregnancy and are currently pregnant.
