LAS POLÍTICAS DE MEMORIA EN COLOMBIA: LA BÚSQUEDA DE LA VERDAD Y LAS INICIATIVAS PLURALES EN MEDIO DEL CONFLICTO

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es desarrollar un análisis de las implicaciones de las políticas de memoria diseñadas por la justicia transicional de cara al reconocimiento del derecho a la verdad o el derecho a saber que pasó, así como los posibles puentes y rupturas que en estas existen respecto a las iniciativas de memoria colectiva que espontánea u organizadamente surgen desde la acción colectiva. A partir de un enfoque cualitativo y desde una perspectiva interaccionista, se analizaron docu mentos relacionados sobre las etiquetas, las continuidades y las rupturas de las reglas que comprenden el deber de memoria como una política estatal, respecto a las iniciativas de memoria que surgen desde las comunidades y el lugar de estas dos como mecanismos de reparación extrajudicial. De esta manera, los resultados apuntan al carácter instrumentalizable de las medidas extrajudiciales que se enfocan en esta dimensión de la reparación, enquistada en una dimensión técnica de la ley

The purpose of this paper is to develop an analysis of the implications of memory policies designed by transitional justice in order to recognize the right to truth or the right to know what happened, and the possible bridges and ruptures that exist in these to initiatives of collective memory that spontaneous or organized, arise from collective action. From a qualitative approach and from an interactionist perspective, related documents were analyzed on the labels, continuities and breaks of the rules that comprise the duty of memory as a state policy, with respect to memory initiatives that arise from the communities and the place of these two as mechanisms of extrajudicial reparation. In this way, the results point to the instrumental character of the extrajudicial measures that focus on this dimension of reparation, entrenched in a technical dimension of the law.
