Se busca establecer dentro de un análisis de diversas implementaciones, manejo de infraestructura y uso de diversas estrategias que garanticen una conexión adecuada, la manera en cómo este tipo de factores inciden dentro del nivel de la conectividad, lo cual implica dentro de este espectro, una serie de situaciones relacionadas con la normatividad interna que rigen sus alcances, la efectividad de los servicios ofrecidos por la calidad de la red y las condiciones relacionadas a velocidad de descarga y subida y, como estos factores condicionan directa e indirectamente al ámbito empresarial de la zona . Así mismo, se considera fundamental analizar este tipo de circunstancias, las cuales presentan efectos significativos y positivos sobre el desplazamiento y el crecimiento de los procesos que involucran la velocidad y la cobertura de las herramientas contratadas por parte de los operadores en diversos territorios y bajo determinadas circunstancias que infieren el desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías que permitan optimizar los servicios ofrecidos. Por ende, para esta investigación estos factores se quieren desenlosar para comprender las implicaciones que representa el desarrollo de estas tecnologías y la manera en que estos factores que se vinculan tanto con la integralidad de su funcionamiento, referentes al contexto empresarial que se gesta en el departamento de Córdoba.This research focuses on the current scope of telecommunications operators, around the business context; especially with the internet factor within the Colombian territory, taking into account that there is a very limited range of companies that manage the networks that connect the country, with reference to the situation in the department of Córdoba. It seeks to establish within an analysis of various implementations, infrastructure management and use of various strategies that guarantee an adequate connection, the way in which these types of factors affect the level of connectivity, which implies within this spectrum, a series of situations related to the internal regulations that govern its scope, the effectiveness of the services offered by the quality of the network and the conditions related to download and upload speeds and, as these factors directly and indirectly condition the business environment of the area . Likewise, it is considered essential to analyze this type of circumstances, which have significant and positive effects on the displacement and growth of processes that involve the speed and coverage of the tools contracted by operators in various territories and under certain circumstances that infer the development of new technologies that optimize the services offered.
