Adicionalmente, el diseño desarrollado en este análisis, corresponde a una revisión documental de corte histórico-normativo, utilizando un enfoque cualitativo-descriptivo, ya que a través de esta metodología no se buscó ratificar hipótesis o generar teorías; sino, desplegar un análisis descriptivo relacionando los contenidos inmersos en la presente investigación. Se logró determinar la evolución del Sector de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada a través de las Leyes y Decretos y su estrecha relación con la calidad de vida laboral. También, se deja exhibido, este proceso hasta el punto actual con la Ley 1920 de 2018, que prevé la búsqueda de un bienestar social, físico, laboral, familiar de los trabajadores, garantizándoles el Derecho a un Trabajo en Condiciones dignas y justas. El trabajo.The main purpose of this research was to carry out an analysis on the evolution of the quality of working life of the Surveillance and Private Security workers, through the conceptualization of the term quality of working life, the normative study of this sector and the direct effect on the CVL (Quality of Work Life) of workers, taking into account the criteria and indicators that are handled within this study, and that are eligible as the most viable and relevant for the development of this research; This was done with the need to address a sector that had not been studied directly to the quality of working life, taking into account its regulations. In addition, the design was developed in this analysis, a documentary review of a historical-normative cut was carried out, a qualitative-descriptive approach was used, and the methodology was worked through. But, deploy a descriptive analysis to relate the contents immersed in the present investigation. Finally, we inform ourselves about the evolution of the Surveillance and Private Security Sector through the Laws and Decrees and its close relationship with the quality of working life. Also, this process is left on display, up to the present point, with the Law of 1920 of 2018, which seeks the pursuit of a social, physical, labor, family welfare, of the workers and responsibilities, the right to a job in the conditions and the just ones.
