Se llevará a cabo un diagnóstico del SG-SST y se evaluará la competitividad empresarial de estas organizaciones. Inicialmente, se busca conocer el desempeño y cumplimiento del SG-SST en las empresas estudiadas, para posteriormente proponer soluciones que les permitan alinearse con los estándares normativos establecidos en Colombia por la Resolución 0312. Además, se analizará la correlación entre los factores de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y la competitividad empresarial, con el objetivo de identificar posibles influencias y contribuciones del SG-SST a la competitividad de estas organizaciones. Esto permitirá determinar los factores con mayor y menor correlación y desarrollar estrategias de mejora que fortalezcan tanto el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo como la competitividad empresarial, en el contexto del sector lácteo del departamento de Sucre. El trabajo.This project focuses on the evaluation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) as a tool for competitiveness in selected companies of the dairy sector in the department of Sucre, dedicated to cheese production. A diagnosis of the OSHMS will be carried out and the business competitiveness of these organizations will be evaluated. Initially, the aim is to determine the performance and compliance of the OSHMS in the companies studied, and then propose solutions that will enable them to align with the regulatory standards established in Colombia by Resolution 0312. In addition, the correlation between occupational safety and health factors and business competitiveness will be analyzed, with the objective of identifying possible influences and contributions of the OSHMS to the competitiveness of these organizations.
