Para lograr lo anterior se realizó una investigación cuantitativa, de tipo descriptiva dentro de la cual se analizaron 112 expedientes judiciales registrados en el Centro de Atención Integral a Víctimas de Abuso Sexual (CAIVAS) desde los años 2016 a 2020, los cuales fueron condensados en guías de análisis. Dentro de los resultados obtenidos por la presente investigación se encuentra que el tipo de delito que más se realiza es actos sexuales con menor de 14 años, los menores que presentan mayor grado de vulnerabilidad son los que se encuentran entre 10 y 14 años. A su vez, se halló que los abusadores generalmente son mayores de edad, de sexo masculino y que los lugares donde mayormente se perpetra este delito es en casa ya sea del abusado o del abusador, además de esto, se evidencio que en la mayoría de los casos los abusadores conocían a las víctimas y que estos utilizaban estrategias como el engaño, el chantaje y la amenaza para perpetrar el hecho.The present project of degree is raised as objective to characterize the typologies of child sexual abusers from judicial files located in the city of Sincelejo.
