Las acciones como modelo financiero representan un sistema económico que permite obtener una financiación para funcionar y crecer con la participación de diversos actores reconocidos como socios y propietarios. La inversión en el mercado de capitales es una tendencia creciente empleada por muchas empresas para aumentar y diversificar sus utilidades, sin embargo en el desconocimiento de esta dinámica muchas empresas se cohíben de invertir sus recursos en este sistema económico o inclusive han tomado riesgos desafiantes sin conocimiento asertivo de la rentabilidad y consistencia de su inversión en la bolsa de valores. En este sentido, el presente trabajo ofrece una valoración de la Bolsa de Valores de México identificando su rentabilidad y riesgo según el índice bursátil MXX en el Periodo Enero 01 de 2018 al 30 abril de 2019 que permitan identificar opciones de inversión aplicables con una análisis practico útil para personas y empresas para que puedan romper las barreras de desconocimiento y temor de los inversionistas. Diversos autores han centrado su trabajo en determinar cómo obtener una cartera eficiente y cómo minimizar los riesgos en una inversión desarrolla en una valoración de activos mediante participaciones accionarias, de la cual se eleva o reduce el valor de acuerdo al comportamiento del mercado en la negociación estructurado de la renta variable y fija orientada a la construcción y estructuración de óptimos portafolios que permitan a la empresas tener un conocimiento estratégico antes y durante la inversión.
