Es por ello que el presente trabajo tiene a fin diseñar un modelo de vivienda para los habitantes del corregimiento de La Gallera, haciendo uso del método cualitativo para la consecución de información real y del contexto de los habitantes que permitan analizar las condiciones sociales, culturales, ambientales, económicas, materiales del lugar y así establecer técnicas ancestrales que se resaltan del corregimiento La Gallera para el desarrollo de un modelo de vivienda que además de rescatar la poética pueda tener un equilibrio con el desarrollo de prácticas sostenibles en la construcción del concepto arquitectónico que permitan garantizar el incremento de la calidad de vida de los habitantes desde un enfoque integral.
