En nuestro país se ha convertido en la base fundamental para poder recuperar en gran medida todos esos derechos a que por ley tenemos derecho de manera individual y que ha sido obstaculizados para lograr que de manera eficiente se brinden las garantías constitucionales, y es cuando entramos a revisar ese momento en que se interpone la acción y la administración de justicia entra a jugar un papel importante, porque en cabeza de ese administrador de justicia y juez constitucional en que se convierte debe velar por el cumplimiento de cada una de las etapas de esta acción para el logro efectivo del cumplimiento de quien ha incurrido en la violación de un derecho fundamental, por ello en este artículo abordamos la temática de la efectivada que pueda tener la acción de tutela y el cumplimento del debido proceso al interior del procedimiento mismo que denota esta acción.
