En esta investigación se determinan los Factores Asociados a la Responsabilidad Penal en Adolescentes del Municipio de Magangué Bolívar, con una metodología de tipo Cuantitativo y Enfoque no experimental, aplicada a 45 Adolescentes entre los catorce y dieciocho años de edad, los datos o información sobre estos Adolescentes pertenecientes al Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal, fueron obtenidos de la base de datos del Centro Zonal de ICBF Magangué. Como técnicas e instrumentos de Investigación, se utilizaron la observación directa participativa y una encuesta cerrada aplicada a los mismos adolescentes, en donde se pudo conocer que la mayoría de ellos viven con los padres, pero se encuentran desescolarizados actualmente, aun no terminan la primaria, y han comenzado su vida en la delincuencia desde muy pequeños, debido al poco apoyo que reciben por parte de sus familiares, la falta de oportunidades que han tenido a nivel educativo y laboral, puesto que por no haber terminado su bachillerato, se les resulta muy difícil conseguir un buen empleo y esto los ha orillado a tomar lo que para ellos es el “Camino más fácil”, algunos de ellos viven con abuelos o tíos y es por esto que son los adolescentes a los que les toca salir a la calles a buscar el sustento del día a día y que a pesar de que han sido judicializados por los delitos cometidos, no toman conciencia de lo que están haciendo y siguen en el camino de la delincuencia, sin reconocer las consecuencias de sus actos, los problemas de comportamiento, emocionales, etc. que están enfrentando y los que les pueden ocasionar a la sociedad en general.El trabajo.
