La metodología es de enfoque cuantitativo, con alcance descriptivo. Se aplica la escala de Carol Ryff, la cual mide este tipo de problemáticas a una muestra de 20 mujeres seleccionadas a través de un muestreo intencional no probabilístico. Se obtuvieron como resultados en los porcentajes más altos en cuanto a la auto aceptación un 55% superior, autonomía un 40% inferior, propósito un 45 % superior, dominio un 50% superior, crecimiento personal un 40% normal y relaciones positivas un 40% inferior, lo que permite concluir que las mujeres que hicieron parte de este estudio se vieron afectadas mayormente en su bienestar en cuanto a las relaciones positivas y el crecimiento personal, dejando en claro que la afectación del bienestar se produce por causas externas predominantes como la pandemia, y en menor medida por causas internas. The methodology is of quantitative approach, with descriptive scope. The Carol Ryff scale, which measures this type of problems, was applied to a sample of 20 women selected through a non-probabilistic intentional sampling. The results were obtained as the highest percentages in terms of self-acceptance 55% higher, autonomy 40% lower, purpose 45% higher, dominance 50% higher, personal growth 40% normal and positive relationships 40% lower, which allows concluding that the women who were part of this study were mostly affected in their well-being in terms of positive relationships and personal growth, making it clear that the affectation of well-being is produced by predominant external causes such as the pandemic, and to a lesser extent by internal causes.
