Los resultados de estos estudios soportan los lineamientos de esta disciplina, en la formación del Psicólogo, en diferentes Instituciones Universitarias. Se hace una aproximación sobre los primeros Enfoques Psicológicos (Psicoanalítico, Conductual, Humanista, Cognitivo y Sistémico), los cuales permitieron construir los postulados teóricos más importante para la Psicología. El objetivo de lo anterior es desarrollar un marco de referencia, teniendo en cuenta todo el acervo teórico que puede direccionar el Programa en nuestra Universidad. Este capítulo se encuentra orientado bajo los direccionamientos de una metodología hermenéutica, documental, donde se hizo una revisión bibliográfica —con bases de datos, revistas científicas, libros e investigaciones actuales— con el propósito de aglomerar, de forma selecta y relevante, la información de cada una de estas corrientes psíquicas que puedan soportar de forma teórica el Programa de Psicología de la Corporación Universitaria del Caribe—CECAR.This chapter makes reference to the different approaches that stood out for being pioneers in the study of human behavior, providing a broad theoretical approach in the foundation of Psychology as a science. The results of these studies support the guidelines of this discipline, in the training of the Psychologist, in different University Institutions. An approximation is made on the first psychological approaches (Psychoanalytic, Behavioral, Humanist, Cognitive and Systemic), which allowed to construct the most important theoretical postulates for Psychology. The objective of the above is to develop a frame of reference, taking into account all the theoretical heritage that the Program can address in our University.
