Palencia Sánchez, Katia MarcelaGómez Reales, Jesús Alberto2022-07-252022-07-252022https://repositorio.cecar.edu.co/handle/cecar/2942Este trabajo estuvo enfocado en la inclusión social de estudiantes y personas con discapacidad dentro del Consultorio Jurídico y Centro de Conciliación de la Corporación Universitaria del Caribe CECAR, ya que ellos también son parte importante no solo de la institución, sino también de la sociedad, lo que se busca con esta investigación es que se garanticen sus derechos, y esto se logra a través de políticas, prácticas, comportamientos inclusivos, que más que individualizar a quienes conviven con estas condiciones permanentes o transitorias, lo que se busca es hacerlos sentir cómodos, garantizándoles sus derechos. Para ello se tuvo como base fundamental la ley estatutaria 1618 de 2013 que regula y garantiza los derechos de las personas con discapacidad, los decretos nacionales tratados y convenios internacionales que Colombia haya firmado y ratificado a lo largo de estos años, buscando la implementación y garantía de estos derechos, evitando que se violen.This work was focused on the social inclusion of students and people with disabilities within the Legal Clinic and Conciliation Center of the Corporación Universitaria del Caribe CECAR, since they are also an important part not only of the institution, but also of society. The aim of this research is to guarantee their rights, and this is achieved through policies, practices, and inclusive behavior, which rather than individualizing those who live with these permanent or transitory conditions, what is sought is to make them feel comfortable, guaranteeing their rights.
