La presente investigación es cualitativa, orientada a comprender con profundidad el fenómeno educativo y social, que permiten la transformación de prácticas o escenarios socioeducativos, para tomar decisiones enfocadas a dar una respuesta acertada al fenómeno estudiado, objetivos planteados y pregunta de investigación realizada. Por lo tanto, presente investigación es descriptiva porque propone llegar a conocer situaciones, costumbres y actitudes predominantes, mediante la descripción exacta de las actividades, objetos, procesos y personas. Su meta no es limitada por la recolección de los datos, sino las predicciones e identificación que hace de las relaciones que existen entre dos o más variables. En este trabajo enfocado a ser una propuesta desarrolla las diferentes problemáticas que se desean desarrollar; por lo tanto, comienza con la caracterización de las estrategias del contexto digital y físico, evaluando a través de la revisión documental, los estudios y estrategias existentes en el contexto. Al mismo tiempo, el diseño con actividades y su respectivo análisis de lo que se va a desarrollar y dejar como propuesta para que otras personas puedan desarrollarlo. Finalmente, las reflexiones del caso y complemento del trabajo a desarrollar. El trabajo.The objective of this work is to characterize a pedagogical strategy by means of Virtual Learning Objects (OVA) for solid waste management in sixth grade students of the Santa Martha Village, Arenosa Rural Educational Institution, in the Municipality of San Vicente del Caguán. The present research is qualitative, oriented to understand in depth the educational and social phenomenon, which allow the transformation of practices or socio-educational scenarios, in order to make decisions focused on giving an accurate answer to the studied phenomenon, the stated objectives and the research question. Therefore, this research is descriptive because it proposes to get to know situations, customs, and predominant attitudes, through the exact description of activities, objects, processes and people. Its goal is not limited by the collection of data, but by the predictions and identification of the relationships that exist between two or more variables. In this work, focused on being a proposal, it develops the different problems to be developed; therefore, it begins with the characterization of the strategies of the digital and physical context, evaluating through the documentary review, the existing studies and strategies in the context. At the same time, the design with activities and their respective analysis of what is going to be developed and leave as a proposal for others to develop it. Finally, the reflections of the case and complement of the work to be developed.
