En ese sentido estudiaremos los derechos del adulto mayor desde el ámbito constitucional y legal. Así mismo porque estas personas requieren un trato especial por parte del estado y porque este está en la obligación de brindarle lo mínimo para su subsistencia. Junto con esto esta investigación explicara de qué manera se están empleando estas políticas públicas y en que forman están siendo efectivas en cuanto a la función que debe cumplir el estado en velar por los derechos de estas personas. El trabajo.The following research project aims to address the issue of public policies on protection of the elderly in the municipality of Sincelejo, Sucre. In that sense we will study the rights of the elderly from the constitutional and legal scope. Also because these people require special treatment by the state and because it is in the obligation to provide the minimum for their subsistence. Along with this this research will explain how these public policies are being used and how they are being effective in terms of the role that the state must fulfill in ensuring the rights of these people.
