Mendoza Humánez, Mónica Marcela2022-07-252022-07-252022https://repositorio.cecar.edu.co/handle/cecar/2946Este artículo de investigación se centró en escudriñar cómo la cultura de paz, pese a no considerarse un mecanismo alterno de solución de conflictos (MASC), resulta fundamental en su aplicación efectiva cuando se trate de resolver apremios creados por las diversas situaciones a las que se encuentren expuestos los migrantes venezolanos internacionalmente, esto, teniendo como referencia el cumplimiento de algunos principios del Pacto Mundial para una Migración segura, ordenada y regular (PMM); verificando su estado de materialización por parte de los países latinoamericanos que han tenido la mayor recepción poblacional, como son Colombia y Perú, comparando el alcance de las medidas jurídicas tomadas para apoyarlos e identificando indicios de la cultura de paz que se extracten como tomados en cuenta. Se concluye que existe necesidad de ampliar el margen de protección de derechos humanos de migrantes venezolanos, tarea a la cual se debe sumar, de manera inexorable, la cultura de paz como acompañamiento continuo en las decisiones que involucren a este sector.This research article focused on how the culture of peace, although not considered an alternative mechanism for conflict resolution (ADR), is fundamental in its effective application when it comes to resolving the urgent needs created by the various situations to which Venezuelan migrants are exposed internationally; taking as a reference the fulfillment of some principles of the Global Pact for a Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration -PMM-; verifying its state of materialization by the Latin American countries that have had the greatest population reception such as Colombia and Peru, comparing the scope of the legal measures taken to support them and identifying signs of the culture of peace that are extracted as taken into account.
