Revista Venezolana De Gerencia, 28(No. Especial 9), 248-265. https:// doi.org/10.52080/rvgluz.28.e9.16https://repositorio.cecar.edu.co/handle/cecar/10326El emprendimiento femenino, por ser una variable con impacto socioeconómico trascendental, ha incentivado el desarrollo de investigaciones con la finalidad de generar resultados que permitan el avance del conocimiento científico en esta área de la ciencia y el desarrollo de políticas públicas que impacten al sector, de allí que el objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar el grado de influencia de los factores externos e internos en el emprendimiento femenino del departamento Sucre-Colombia. Se realizó desde una ontología realista, una epistemología positivista y un enfoque cuantitativo. Los factores externos fueron medidos mediante tres indicadores: apoyo gubernamental, apoyo financiero y apoyo empresarial. Los factores internos por 2 indicadores: apoyo familiar y apoyo educacional. Los resultados reflejan un grado medio de influencia de esos factores en el emprendimiento femenino. De los cinco indicadores, solo el indicador apoyo empresarial reveló un bajo impacto para impulsar el desarrollo de ese tipo de organizaciones. Se concluye que el emprendimiento femenino del departamento Sucre constituye un sector con potencialidades para avanzar en el desarrollo de las pequeñas y medianas empresas, lo que permitiría mejora las condiciones de vida de las mujeres emprendedoras y el bienestar de sus familias, y por ende impactar en los indicadores de desarrollo sostenible de la región y del país.Female entrepreneurship, because it is a variable with a transcendental socioeconomic impact, has encouraged the development of research in order to generate results that allow the advancement of scientific knowledge in this area of science, hence the objective of this research was to determine the degree of influence of external and internal factors in female entrepreneurship in the department Sucre-Colombia. It was carried out from a realistic ontology, a positivist epistemology and a quantitative approach. External factors were measured by three indicators: government support, financial support, and business support. And, the internal factors by 2 indicators: family support and educational support. The results reflect a medium degree of influence of these factors on female entrepreneurship. Of the five indicators, only the business support indicator revealed a low impact in promoting the development of these types of organizations. It is concluded that female entrepreneurship in the department of Sucre constitutes a sector with potential to advance in the strengthening of the small and medium-sized business sector, which would allow the generation of better living conditions for the population of female entrepreneurs and the well-being of their families. and therefore have an impact on the sustainable development indicators of the region and the country.19 Paginasapplication/pdfspaThe Author 2023.
