Objetivo: Optimizar el proceso de facturación de SALUD EN CASA IPS en el municipio de Magangué en el primer trimestre del año 2020. Método: Se realizará un estudio descriptivo, por cuanto se determinará la dinámica de las fases del proceso de facturación en la IPS; procurando definir las variables encontradas en el estudio tal y como se presentan en el entorno y en el tiempo determinado. Resultados: Un 81% de las facturas fueron glosadas por la falta y las inconsistencias de soportes en las historias clínicas por ayudas diagnósticas y servicios adicionales, el 19% restante se radicaron si contar con la autorización del servicio por parte de las EPS que no dieron respuesta de forma oportuna.
