No obstante, tal desarrollo no ha sido para nada pacífico, ha sido producto de las tensiones y aporías entre los reclamos sociales y la capacidad prestacional del Estado por alcanzar su legitimidad. Para comprender la complejidad de este fenómeno, el presente capítulo de libro tuvo como objeto la realización de un análisis amplio del Estado Social de Derecho desde una perspectiva metajurídica, que dio cuenta de las diferentes lecturas interdisciplinarias y transdiciplinarias que explican esta figura, al margen de los avances del derecho. El abordaje de tal estudio fue de corte cualitativo, y en consecuencia de naturaleza epistemológica histórico hermenéutico. Para la materializan metodológica del enfoque descrito, fue necesario un riguroso análisis de texto. Como resultado de ello, se evidencia en los subtítulos del presente trabajo, las diferentes miradas, desde la antropología, la sociología, las ciencias políticas y el mundo jurídico.One of the central categories of state models over the last hundred years has been the idea of the state that delves into the social. However, such development has not been at all peaceful, it has been the product of the tensions and aperies between social demands and the capacity of the State to achieve its legitimacy. In order to understand the complexity of this phenomenon, the object of this book chapter was to carry out a broad analysis of the Social Rule of Law from a metajurídica perspective, which took into account the different interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary readings that explain this figure, apart from the advances of law. The approach of such study was of qualitative cut, and consequently of epistemological historical hermeneutic nature. For the methodological materialization of the described approach, a rigorous analysis of text was necessary.
