Esta investigación bajo el titulo Tradición Oral en la Comunidad Indígena de Jarapetó da cuenta del esfuerzo por reconfigurar las narrativas orales de la comunidad indígena de Jarapetó desde la adaptación de las historias para la población infantil en función de la conservación de la tradición cultural; ya que esta, está en peligro de quedar olvidada en el tiempo, de allí que fue necesario adentrarnos en las tradiciones de la comunidad indígena de Jarapetó donde se encuentra la etnia embera Dobida que permitió extraer algunos cuentos, mitos, leyendas, cantos, pinturas corporal, pintura facial entre otros. La metodología utilizada fue el enfoque etnográfico como estructura metodológica, que nos va a permitir un acercamiento con la comunidad indígena de Jarapetó en cuanto a sus costumbres y creencias desde su oralidad, para llevar este conocimiento a la escritura así de esta forma perpetuar su sabiduría en el tiempo. Los instrumentos utilizados para esta investigación fueron: Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la observación, en cuanto al registro de datos fueron necesarios el diario de campo, las grabaciones, fotografías. La sistematización de los datos se verá reflejado en el producto final que es una cartilla didáctica con algunas expresiones culturales de la comunidad de Jarapetó como cuentos, leyendas, pintura facial, pintura corporal, mitos, cantos. El resultado será producir una cartilla didáctica donde se consignarán los textos, imágenes que fueron aportadas por los lideres lideresas de la comunidad y representadas en narraciones, pinturas y cantos de la tradición cultural embera Dobida de la comunidad de Jarapetó. This investigation under the title Oral Tradition in the Indigenous Community of Jarapetó accounts for the effort to reconfigure the oral narratives of the indigenous community of Jarapetó from the adaptation of the stories for the child population based on the conservation of the cultural tradition; since this is in danger of being forgotten over time, hence it was necessary to delve into the traditions of the indigenous community of Jarapetó where the Embera Dobida ethnic group is located, which allowed us to extract some stories, myths, legends, songs, body paintings, facial painting among others. The methodology used was the ethnographic approach as a methodological structure, which will allow us to approach the indigenous community of Jarapetó in terms of their customs and beliefs from their orality, to bring this knowledge to writing, thus perpetuating their wisdom in time. The instruments used for this investigation were: Observation was used for data collection, in terms of data recording, the field diary, recordings, and photographs were necessary. The systematization of the data will be reflected in the final product, which is a didactic booklet with some cultural expressions of the Jarapetó community such as stories, legends, facial painting, body painting, myths, songs. The result will be to produce a didactic booklet where the texts will be recorded, images that were contributed by the leaders of the community and represented in narrations, paintings and songs of the Embera Dobida cultural tradition of the community of Jarapetó.
