dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de la investigación fue describir las rutas de atención para la detección de comportamientos suicidas por parte de docentes y administrativos de la Institución Educativa Técnico Industrial Antonio Prieto de Sincelejo, Sucre. La metodología se enmarcó en un enfoque mixto, de diseño de ejecución secuencial; la técnica de recolección de datos a nivel cualitativo es una entrevista dirigido a una población de 3 miembros del cuerpo administrativo acerca de las rutas de atención para la prevención de comportamiento suicida y el instrumento desde el paradigma cuantitativo es una encuesta dirigida a 14 docentes para la detección de comportamientos suicidas. Los resultados evidenciaron que, en cuanto a los conocimientos de los docentes para la detección de comportamientos suicidas, el 64,3% tiene conocimiento acerca de la conducta suicida, el 42,9% indicó que los métodos conocidos son el ahorcamiento, la ingestión de sustancias tóxicas; por su parte, el 71,4% respondió que los factores de riesgo que pueden generar comportamiento suicida es la depresión, ansiedad, la aparición de oros trastornos mentales y violencia familiar y el 100% de los docenes no tiene conocimiento acerca de una ruta de atención a los comportamientos suicidas. Además, con referente a las capacidades institucionales del cuerpo administrativo (trabajadora social, psicóloga y coordinador de formación) mencionaron que las medidas de prevención son el fortalecimiento de la autoestima y un acompañamiento, ya que no se trabajan con proyectos relacionados a la conducta suicida. dc.description.abstractThe objective of the research was to describe the attention routes for the detection of suicidal behaviors by teachers and administrative staff of the Educational Institution Técnico Industrial Antonio Prieto of Sincelejo, Sucre. The methodology was framed in a mixed approach, of sequential execution design; the technique of data collection at a qualitative level is an interview directed to a population of 3 members of the administrative body about the attention routes for the prevention of suicidal behavior and the instrument from the quantitative paradigm is a survey directed to 14 teachers for the detection of suicidal behavior. The results showed that, as far as the knowledge of the teachers for the detection of suicidal behavior, 64.3% have knowledge about suicidal behavior, 42.9% indicated that the known methods are hanging, ingestion of toxic substances; on the other hand, 71.4% responded that the risk factors that can generate suicidal behavior are depression, anxiety, the appearance of other mental disorders and family violence and 100% of the teachers do not have knowledge about a route of attention to suicidal behavior. In addition, with reference to the institutional capacities of the administrative body (social worker, psychologist and training coordinator) they mentioned that the prevention measures are the strengthening of self-esteem and accompaniment, since they do not work with projects related to suicidal behavior.
