| dc.description.abstract | A pandemia COVID-19 obrigou a recorrer ao ensino remoto num curto espaço de tempo. Nesse contexto, os desafios apresentados têm sido múltiplos para manter a qualidade do processo ensino-aprendizagem. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi descrever práticas emergenciais de ensino remoto a partir da experiência de professores universitários do Chile, Colômbia, El Salvador e México. A percepção de 38 professores foi coletada a partir de um questionário digital semiestruturado. Os resultados mostraram práticas comuns valorizadas pelos professores: comunicação fluida, participação, feedback no processo educativo. Além disso, surgiram temas como o acesso heterogêneo à tecnologia. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The COVID-19 pandemic forced resorting to remote teaching in a short time. In this context, the challenges have been multiple to maintain the quality of the teaching-learning process. The objective of this research was to describe the emergency remote teaching from the experience of 38 teachers from universities of Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, and Mexico. The perception of the process was collected using a semi structured digital questionnaire. The results showed common practices valued by teachers: fluid communication, student participation and feedback in the educational process. In addition, topics such as heterogeneous access to technology arise as factors that intervene. | eng |
