    To address the issue of business management in credit unions in the municipality of Villavicencio - Meta, aims to: identify the variables that influence business management in credit unions in Villavicencio; determine the process of what should be done and prepare in a commercial management in the credit unions of Villavicencio; make a comparative chart of the commercial management strategies that the savings and credit cooperatives have been carrying out in the city of Villavicencio; Propose appropriate tools to administer and manage business management activities in credit unions in the municipality of Villavicencio. The methodology applied presented a quantitative approach, type of descriptive research. Using techniques for data collection through primary and secondary sources. The results describe the identification of variables that influence commercial management and the research process through the application of the DOFA matrix (Weaknesses, Opportunities, Strengths and Threats). The results of the work made it possible to demonstrate the qualification given in the attention to cash and speed in the requested service, interpersonal relationships between collaborators and associates, through the comparative table of business management strategies, selected tools are proposed to manage and manage business management activities, through the applications of the marketing mix.     La propuesta de gestión empresarial con base en la regla tres erres, para los recicladores de la Comuna 4 de Villavicencio presentada como objetivos: conocer la gestión empresarial a partir en la regla tres erres, que pueda apoyar la actividad de los recicladores, en la Comuna 4 de Villavicencio; identificar las acciones que han emprendido los recicladores para hacerse más competitivos, con base en la regla tres erres; elaborar un plan de comercialización aplicado al sector de recicladores, mediante en la regla tres erres en la comuna 4 de Villavicencio; diseñar un sistema de indicadores que apoye el desarrollo exitoso de la escuela gestión empresarial. La metodología que se empleó establece un enfoque cuantitativo e investigación descriptiva. Sus principales hallazgos muestran a través de la matriz Dofa, puntos fuertes y débiles; se elabora el plan de comercialización para ser más productivo y competitivo en el mercado, y se indican las acciones pertinentes con base en las cinco fuerzas de Porter articuladas con en la regla tres erres.
