To address the issue of business management in credit unions in the municipality of Villavicencio - Meta, aims to: identify the variables that influence business management in credit unions in Villavicencio; determine the process of what should be done and prepare in a commercial management in the credit unions of Villavicencio; make a comparative chart of the commercial management strategies that the savings and credit cooperatives have been carrying out in the city of Villavicencio; Propose appropriate tools to administer and manage business management activities in credit unions in the municipality of Villavicencio. The methodology applied presented a quantitative approach, type of descriptive research. Using techniques for data collection through primary and secondary sources. The results describe the identification of variables that influence commercial management and the research process through the application of the DOFA matrix (Weaknesses, Opportunities, Strengths and Threats).
