The mother-baby interaction is the action that allows the link between the mother figure and her son. This interaction relationship can be difficult, especially in the mother. It has been found that premature babies can be born with a series of complications at a physical level as well as regulation of emotions. In the mother-baby-premature relationship, it has been shown that mothers of premature infants are more likely to develop two to three times more psychological compared to mothers of full-term babies. In order to carry out the literature review, the articles that are interested in the study of mother-infant interaction in premature babies from the Brazelton scaling are reviewed. Brazelton climbing provides valuable information about the skills and abilities of the baby. From this bibliographical review we know that in Latin America there are no studies on the mother-baby-premature interaction from the Brazelton escalation.
