Abstract
Este documento presenta los resultados de la investigación es analizar la aplicación de las disposiciones internacionales de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre el reconocimiento de la capacidad jurídica de las personas con discapacidad mental, desde el centro de conciliación del consultorio jurídico, en lo que respecta a la declaratoria de la existencia de la unión marital de hecho, a través de la metodología de estudio de caso.
Abstract
This document presents the results of the research is to analyze the implementation of the international provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Recognition of the Legal Capacity of Persons with Mental Disabilities, from the conciliation center of the legal clinic, with regard to the declaration of the existence of the de facto marital union, through the case study methodology.
