MUJERES MIGRANTES VENEZOLANAS RESIDENTES EN BARRANQUILLA: DESAFÍO AL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS OBJETIVOS DE DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE

Abstract

La ratificación por parte de la República de Colombia de los Objetivos del Desarrollo del Milenio - ODM, sirve de fundamento jurídico respecto a los compromisos fijados convencionalmente para el mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida de las poblaciones, el año 2015 fue destacado como el horizonte de finalización en su ejecución. Posterior a la expiración del plazo pactado por los países parte y al balance de la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, se adopta la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible, determinando la erradicación de la pobreza como indicador de sostenibilidad. La actual coyuntura presentada por el éxodo venezolano ha generado flujos migratorios, bien sea de tránsito o residencia e incluso de connacionales retornados, ha generado problemáticas de salud pública que para efectos de la presente investigación se delimitará en las mujeres como sujetos de vulnerabilidad, abordado desde un enfoque ínter seccional. Según reportes del Departamento Nacional de Planeación – DNP y la ONU, Colombia ha cumplido progresivamente los compromisos fijados en este instrumento convencional, no obstante, el arribo de estas poblaciones representa un desafío a atender por parte del Gobierno Nacional para responder favorablemente a los indicadores exigidos internacionalmente con respecto a los Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible – ODS.

The ratification by the Republic of Colombia of the Millennium Development Goals - MDG, serves as a legal basis with respect to the commitments established conventionally for the improvement of the living conditions of the populations, the year 2015 was highlighted as the horizon of completion in its execution.
