EL ALCANCE Y LÍMITES DE LAS CUOTAS DE RESERVA PARA PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD EN EL ÁMBITO DEL TRABAJO

Abstract

Esta investigación pretendió mostrar de manera clara cuál es el alcance y los límites de las cuotas de reservas para personas con discapacidad en el ámbito del trabajo en Colombia, con el fin de dimensionar la cobertura jurídica que tiene esta problemática tanto en el sector público, como en el privado, toda vez que resulta necesario analizar el funciona-miento del sistema de cuotas que hoy impera en nuestro país, cuestionar su contenido y la importancia de este sistema para este grupo de personas que sufren algún tipo de discapacidad de cara a garantizar no solo el trabajo de los mismos, sino también un desarrollo personal y profesional. De ahí que a partir de esta investigación se identificaran los vacíos normativos que tiene esta temática en el sector privado y se presentaran propuestas de inclusión laboral de las personas con discapacidad.
