Abstract in spanish
La presente investigación está orientada a las conductas infractoras en adolescentes, debido a la problemática social que esta ha generado y la forma en cómo se afectan a sí mismos y a las familias, trayendo consigo consecuencias como agresividad, poco control de sus impulsos y consumo de drogas, ocasionando factores de riesgo como aislamiento social e incluso la muerte. El objetivo de esta investigación consistió en describir el funcionamiento familiar de jóvenes adolescentes infractores de la ley, por lo que las estrategias de metodología constituyeron a un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño metodológico no experimental descriptivo, donde se empleó el instrumento: Escala de Funcionamiento Familiar (EFFA). Siendo así la muestra estuvo conformada por 14 menores infractores de la ley de sexo masculino y femenino con edades de 14 a 17 años donde los resultados mostraron una información significativa. En relación a los objetivos específicos los resultados obtenidos del primer objetivo fueron los siguientes: en la dimensión de vinculación familiar se encontró un porcentaje positivo del 65% uno negativo del el 35%. Así mismo, en la dimensión de comunicación familiar se encontraron resultados positivos del 50% y uno negativo del 50%. Por otro lado, en la flexibilidad para el afrontamiento familiar se halló un resultado positivo del 58% y uno negativo del 21%, así mismo se obtuvo un porcentaje del 21% en cuanto a menores que no mostraron claridad sobre si se presenta flexibilidad en sus familias. Por consiguiente, en relación al segundo objetivo específico se encontró que, en la dimensión de creencias y valores familiares el puntaje positivo fue del 28%, uno negativo del 43% y uno en duda del 29%. Finalmente, se encontró en la dimensión de satisfacción familiar un porcentaje positivo del 72% uno negativo del 28%. Se concluye la relación que existe entre el funcionamiento familiar y las conductas de menores infractores de la ley. El trabajo.
Abstract in spanish
The present investigation is oriented to offending behaviors in adolescents, due to the social problems that this has generated and the way in which they affect themselves and their families, bringing consequences such as aggressiveness, little control of their impulses and drug use, causing risk factors such as social isolation and even death. The objective of this research was to describe the family functioning of young adolescent offenders of the law, for which the methodological strategies were based on a quantitative approach, with a descriptive non-experimental methodological design, using the Family Functioning Scale (EFFA).Thus, the sample consisted of 14 male and female juvenile offenders between the ages of 14 and 17, where the results showed significant information. In relation to the specific objectives, the results obtained for the first objective were as follows: in the dimension of family bonding, a positive percentage of 65% was found and a negative percentage of 35%. Likewise, in the dimension of family communication, positive results of 50% and negative results of 50% were found. On the other hand, in the flexibility for family coping, a positive result of 58% and a negative one of 21% was found, as well as a percentage of 21% in terms of children who did not show clarity as to whether flexibility is present in their families. Consequently, in relation to the second specific objective, it was found that in the dimension of family beliefs and values the positive score was 28%, a negative score of 43% and a doubtful score of 29%. Finally, in the dimension of family satisfaction a positive percentage of 72% and a negative percentage of 28% was found.
