El proyecto de investigación se orienta con la pregunta ¿Cuál es el discurso que tienen los estudiantes del programa de Trabajo social frente a la ejecución de la política pública de juventud del Municipio de Sincelejo?, teniendo como objetivo general analizar el nivel de estructura sociocognitivo del discurso de los estudiantes del programa de Trabajo Social de CECAR frente a la ejecución de la política pública de juventud del municipio de Sincelejo. El proyecto se fundamenta teóricamente en la teoría del Estudio Crítico del Discurso: un enfoque sociocognitivo, abarcando los 3 componentes del triángulo discurso-cognición-sociedad. Seguidamente, la metodología se enmarca en el paradigma interpretativo, con enfoque cualitativo, de método hermenéutico, para ser ejecutado en la población de los estudiantes del programa de Trabajo Social que residan en el municipio de Sincelejo, entre edades de 17 y 28 años, que hayan participado en el Paro Nacional del 2021, entre otras características. The research project is oriented with the question "What is the discourse of the students of the Social Work program regarding the execution of the public youth policy of the municipality of Sincelejo?", having as general objective to analyze the discourse of the students of the Social Work program of CECAR regarding the execution of the public youth policy of the municipality of Sincelejo. The project is theoretically based on the theory of the Critical Study of Discourse: a socio-cognitive approach, covering the 3 components of the triangle discourse-cognition-society. Next, the methodology is framed in the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative approach, hermeneutic method, to be executed in the population of students of the Social Work program residing in the municipality of Sincelejo, between the ages of 17 and 28 years, who have participated in the National Strike of 2021, among other characteristics.
