La Investigación titulada Responsabilidad del Estado, busco estudiar la evolución desde el enfoque jurisprudencial del Estado, mediante el ordenamiento legal del Estado, donde se analizan los distintos tipos de fuentes de responsabilidad, en el desarrollo jurisprudencial y legal. Esto con la expedición de la Constitución de 1991, en su artículo 90 que da más posibilidad a la imputación del Estado. La metodología que se aplicó para llevar a cabo el artículo es la descriptiva con enfoque cualitativo, y análisis documental de trabajos indexados. Se puede enfatizar que las medidas preventivas contenidos en el artículo 90 de la Constitución Política, donde es configurada la responsabilidad sobre el responsable del daño antijurídico. Abstract in spanish
The Investigation titled Responsibility of the State, seeks was to studded the evolution from the jurisprudential approach of the State, through the legal system of the State, where the different types of sources of responsibility are analyzed, in the jurisprudential and legal development. This with the issuance of the Constitution of 1991, in its article 90 that gives more possibility to the imputation of the State. The methodology that was applied to carry out the article is the descriptive one with qualitative approach, and documentary analysis of indexed works. It is possible to emphasize that the preventive measures contained in article 90 of the Political Constitution, where the responsibility is configured on the person responsible for the unlawful damage.
