Abstract

El análisis de las teorías de paz con mayor aceptación por las ciencias sociales implicó un estudio de su relación directa con las ideas de conflicto y violencia, esto dio lugar a un estudio desde la dogmática jurídica que permitió el reconocimiento de la implementación de la paz en los ordenamientos jurídicos, y a partir del estudio del lengua de los derechos humanos y la relación entre paz, dignidad humana, libertad, justicia, etc., se concluyó que la existencia, garantía o sensación de un Estado en paz permite la protección, amparo, custodia de los derechos humanos.
