El trabajo.
En este proyecto se realizó una investigación, basada en las actividades realizadas en dos
instituciones educativas del municipio Apartadó, sobre la incidencia y prevencion de embarazos
no deseados, la cual es cada vez mayor en el adolescente, evidenciamos que los Jóvenes tienen
poco o casi nada de conocimiento acerca de todos los temas referentes a salud sexual y
reproductiva, también influye, que inician su vida sexual a muy temprana edad, por
desconocimiento sobre temas en los riesgo de Embarazo a temprana edad, ETS y todo lo referente
a métodos anticonceptivos, además desconocen sobre los programas de promoción y prevencion
brindados por sus EPS, como el de detección temprana de las alteraciones del joven, en donde se
brindan educación sobre todos estos temas.
Se evidencio que los embarazos a temprana edad afectan y ponen en riesgo a los
adolescentes conllevándolos a complicaciones personales y sociales, teniendo como finalidad
generar conciencia, en los adolescentes, profesores y en los padres, sobre tener conocimiento y
asesoría en los temas sobre prevención del embarazo en adolescentes, promoviéndolo desde los
servicios amigables comunitarios en el colegio, ya que las consecuencias son muchas, la deserción
escolar, las pérdidas de oportunidades, el rechazo familiar y social, aumento de los abortos, entre
otros.
Algunos de los temas en los cuales se profundizo a los adolescentes de las 2 instituciones
educativas que participaron del proyecto, con el fin de dar a conocer de la problemática fueron:
Autoestima, salud sexual y reproductiva, derechos sexuales y reproductivos, ETS, embarazos en
la adolescencia y métodos anticonceptivos, derechos sexuales y reproductivos, sustancias
psicoactivas, violencia intrafamiliar, proyecto de vida, sexualidad sana y responsable, paso a la
universidad pruebas saber. Al culminar con las capacitaciones se realizó la brigada médica donde
se realizó exámenes de laboratorio, consultas médicas individuales, asesorías de PF con profamilia, y se captaron los adolescentes afiliados a Coomeva EPS, para ingreso al programa de detección
temprana de las alteraciones del joven.
Concluyendo que los adolescentes que participaron en el proyecto tienden a disminuir
factores de riesgos e incrementan factores protectores en cuanto el embarazo a temprana edad El trabajo.
In this project an investigation was carried out, based on the activities carried out in two
educational institutions of the Apartadó municipality, on the incidence and prevention of unwanted
pregnancies, which is growing in the adolescent, we show that the young have little or almost
nothing of knowledge about all the issues related to sexual and reproductive health, also influences,
that they initiate their sexual life at a very young age, due to ignorance about issues in the risk of
pregnancy at an early age, ETS and everything related to contraceptive methods, in addition they
do not know about the promotion and prevention programs provided by their EPS, such as the
early detection of the young person's alterations, where education is provided on all these topics.
It was evidenced that pregnancies at an early age affect and put at risk adolescents leading
to personal and social complications, with the purpose of raising awareness, in adolescents,
teachers and parents, about having knowledge and advice on issues of prevention of pregnancy in
adolescents, promoting it from the friendly community services in the school, since the
consequences are many, school desertion, loss of opportunities, family and social rejection,
increase in abortions, among others.
Some of the topics in which the adolescents of the 2 educational institutions that
participated in the project were deepened, in order to raise awareness of the problems were: Selfesteem, sexual and reproductive health, sexual and reproductive rights, sexually transmitted
diseases, pregnancies in adolescence and contraceptive methods, sexual and reproductive rights,
psychoactive substances, intrafamily violence, life project, healthy and responsible sexuality,
passage to university tests know. At the end of the training sessions, the medical brigade was
carried out, where laboratory tests, individual medical consultations, FP consultations with a
family were made, and adolescents affiliated with Coomeva EPS were recruited to enter the early
detection program of the young person's alterations.Concluding that adolescents who participated in the project tend to reduce risk factors and
increase protective factors in early pregnancy.
